Pathology cases — pulmonary anthracosis vs pulmonary siderophages

One of the things that I had a little trouble with when I was as baby pathologist was telling the difference between anthracotic macrophages and hemosiderin-laden macrophages in the lung.  I ran across this section the other day that puts them side by side, with siderophages on the left and anthracotic cells on the right.  No big deal, but I thought I’d post it in case someone needs a quick teaching slide.
